Excellent Location! Ground Floor 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom renovated end unit condo with covered front porch. 1 Minute walk to Boardwalk, Beach and Ocean, and short walking distance to numerous eateries, shopping, and attractions. Easy access to boardwalk tram and OC bus service. Our condo is ideally located a minute's walk to the boardwalk and beach. Great shopping, dining, nightlife, amusements, and attractions are close by. The bus stop is a minute away, and the boardwalk tram is easy to grab. Our vacation space affords our guests a relaxing and tranquil experience. The design, decor, and amenities are in place to enhance our guests' vacation.

My stay this time has been as wonderful as the first (our wedding gift from Chris) last summer. The condo is as beautiful now as it was then! It is thoughtfully and beautifully renovated with all of the comforts of home (includes all of your cooking needs for a long stay if you want to cook some meals for yourself - oils, seasonings, pots, pans, dishes, flatware and so much more), is very clean, offers amazing sleep comfort with bed mattresses, and the bathroom shower is amazing. It has a rainfall shower, jet sprays and an LED temperature display that can be set to the exact temperature you want! The beach is literally one block away and there are lots of dining options nearby. Chris is awesome! He’s super responsive and can tell you the best places to dine or find anything you need during your stay. Location is perfect! Close enough to the inlet to catch the trolley/tram, and just far enough away from it to not be overwhelmed with the crowds. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
The property was perfect for our stay in Ocean City, Maryland. The accommodations were very clean and the condo had everything we needed. My two teen girls loved going to the beach (just across the street) and walking up and down the boardwalk. Chris was the best host and responded quickly. He also offered some great restaurant and attraction ideas. We are planning a return trip!

Chris was a great host. He was very quick to respond and allowed for a flexible check in time. He instruction were clear and it was very easy to find the place. The house is block away from the beach and boardwalk so it is a walkable area.
My husband and I brought our three teens for a quick weekend getaway. Chris was great and the place was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking to Amelia’s Cafe and Crepe Daddy for breakfast and being close to the beach. We will be back! Thanks, Chris!!

Ocean Aire Condominium #104 is located on 18th Street in between Baltimore Avenue and Philadelphia Avenue. (Though the building's street address is 1711 Baltimore Avenue.) It is a 1 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and ocean. Numerous restaurants are within 1-4 blocks of the unit: Starbucks, Dunkin, Anthony's Carryout, Coral Reef Restaurant, Sinbad's Pizza, Just Wing It, Pizza Tugos, Malia's Cafe, Sahara Cafe, Captain's Table, Layton's, Fish Tales, Francos Pizza, Crab Stop, Surfin' Betty's Burgers, Asian Garden, Papi's Tacos, Flavors of Italy NY, Cowboy Coast, Coastal Salt, and many more. A CVS with a Food Shoppe is a block away. A liquor store is also half a block away.
There is no assigned parking. Parking is on-street and usually is available directly in front of the condominium or just around the corner on Baltimore Avenue. The boardwalk tram can be picked up to head toward the inlet, and the OC bus picks up in front of the Village Market, which is directly across the street from the unit. Close on street parking can be found even during holidays and summer weekends.
