Welcome to stay at my accommodation! This house is perfect for families and/or friends. It is located strategically in the MIDDLE OF THE WHOLE PENANG ISLAND and it’s just less than 5 minutes away from George Town. This condominium has a lot of facilities (as shown in the pictures), such as three (3) swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, and many more. Do bring along your swimming attire and/or sportswear. It’s a perfect place for a staycation as well. The entire house is fully air-conditioned to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay. - The 1st bedroom, has 1 queen-sized bed (for 2 pax) - The 2nd bedroom, has 1 single-sized bed (for 1 pax) - Living room, has 2 sofa beds (= 2 single-sized beds) (for 2 pax) - There will be one bathroom, fully provided with body wash, shampoo, other cleaning supplies, etc With this 2-bedroom house, it can accommodate up to 5 guests, providing ample space for everyone to relax. NUMBER OF PAX - Please book with the correct number of pax, due to the beds will be arranged according to the number of pax stated during the booking PARKING - There will be FREE PARKING for one car, however, additional car parking may be provided upon request *subject to availability PET FRIENDLY - Pets are welcome. I never had a pet that smoked in the house, stole the towels, played loud music, or got drunk and broke our furniture. So, they are always welcome to stay at my accommodation  - However, please note that they are additional pet fee, to fully clean up their fur and sanitize everything for the next guest.
