The place was clean and quiet. All air-conditioning units were pleasantly cool. Bathrooms were clean. As we had an elderly person with us, we were worried about wheelchair accessible. But it was easy. Link to Velocity Mall was seamless. Highly recommended.
Had a satisfactory stay. The first night was less than pleasant due to unlabelled master switches and there are quite a few weaknesses overall, but responsive customer service helps a lot. Pros _Directly connected to Velocity _Clean linen and bathrooms _Good quality towels and IKEA dishes _Enjoyed the swivelling stools and access to Netflix _Appreciated the 24/7 hot water dispenser, hot water showers in both bathrooms, good air-cons _Very responsive customer service and they helped in booking the BBQ pit last minute Cons _Quite far walk from MRT _Not easy to find lobby if walking on foot when checking in _Only 1 free carpark _2 bathrooms are too few for a full party of 10 _Certain furniture were not repaired or replaced (bench hurts to sit on, water-stained kitchen cabinet door is unsightly, and we can feel the springs on at least 1 double bed already) _Surroundings can be a bit noisy, which matters for the 3rd bedroom without A/C, if you open the window at night for ventilation
Very convenient and suitable for party with more 15 20paxs. Additionally car can park easily at velocity mall which just bext building to the V 3 residence. Host very friendly and fast respond. Very recommended
