Wir waren nur wenige Stunden in Modena, aber durch die super zentrale Lage des Apartments, haben wir trotzdem viel gesehen und ein tolles Gefühl für die zauberhaft, lebendige Stadt bekommen.

The location is great. Close to public parking and all the shops! The host was communicative and helpful. The apartment itself was not as clean as we hoped it would be and there was the occasional odd smell coming from the bathroom. The only windows in the apartment opened up to the lobby of the building and a common smoking area. The window that did open to outside opened up to an abandoned building that was infested with pigeons (some of which got stuck in the windows and were dying). I would only recommend this apartment for a short stay if you’re looking for something less expensive and central in Modena.

Nice & clean. High ceilings. The view is inside the the courtyard which was full of pigeons. Some ants were running on the floor but that was not a not big deal for us.
