Really clean, perfectly decorated; would 100% stay again or recommend
Ryan was a proactive host, checking in with us to make sure all was going well. When we had a question, he responded promptly.
Loved this place! Was even better than the photos when we arrived. Super clean and well kept space. It was a little confusing to find at first but once we found it the rest was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up.
Ryan’s place is amazing! Looks just as photographed . Clean and well maintained. Ryan was very informative and responsive. Felt just like home away from home. Next time I’m in area his properties will be the first I look for .

You are within easy walking distance of areas like the Genesee River High Falls, Redwings Stadium, Blue Cross Arena, Water Street Music Hall, the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, and more. Easily stroll to some of the best local restaurants in the city such as Dinosaur BBQ, Genesee Brew House, and Tapas 177.
Rochester has no shortage of Uber, Lyft, and Taxi availability, providing rides anywhere you'd like including the airport which is only 6.5 miles away. Most of what you need is within a short walking distance, and shopping centers are available all over the city within a 10 minute drive.
