Kyle was an easy 25 min from downtown Austin. the place was ready to find and had great restaurants nearby. Atikul was a great communicator. He responded quickly to my quickly.

If you’re looking to save money, then this is the place. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. Most Airbnb are run by other people, but it was very clear that somebody else lived here and it made it kind of uncomfortable. All the cabinets were full of stuff, the laundry area was full of stuff. The bathroom was full of stuff. we didn’t have access to the closet or the pantry even if we did it was full of items.

The apartment is nice and provides most of any needs you may have on the trip. The space is nice, just a few things to note: He genuinely does appear to live here outside of when guests are there, hence there being restricted access to the fridge and closets. It is not the cleanest BnB, but it’s also not dirty. Besides seeing a few roaches, because we do reside in Texas, it was good stay.

I should have listened to my instinct and stayed in a hotel. The place has a pest problem, the bathroom was dirty.

This apartment served its purpose; a place to sleep. The apartment was not clean and it was clear that someone else lived there (nail clippings & pieces of food left in the sink, dirty shower, left overs in the fridge). I don’t feel the place was suitable for guests.
