There are two ladders up to lofts on both sides of the home where queen beds are located. A bathroom with a shower and sink provided with fresh linens. Sleeping for 7(or 8 if two small children on futon) available. NO children less than 5 years old to be in loft area. It is dangerous and a fall can happen if not used responsibly! Bbq grill and outside covered porch, fire pit, and picnic table available for guest use. Guests need to bring lighter fluid, charcoal and firewood. (Lighters available in kitchen drawer). Guest have access to yard around tiny home. Can walk the dirt road- just be aware of cattle especially cows with calves. There is another tiny home property next door. Netflix and internet available. Things I cannot change about property and area- BUGS, DUST, HEAT and HUMIDITY
