The second bedroom features a King Bed, and beautifully appointed decor and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen Bed, desk, unique and eclectic decor, and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom doubles as an office, featuring a full-sized sofa bed. This room also has a built-in desk which is great for working from home. Since the "Hover House" is situated right on the world famous Venice Beach Canals, and is an architectural beauty, you will feel like a celebrity as tourists walk by and marvel at your iconic Venice Beach modern palace. People often take pictures of the house as the walk by, all of our windows have electronic blinds that can be closed for privacy. Give yourself the spa treatment with the private infrared sauna located on the property.

Awesome place!
This home was one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever. The home is truly unique. It really does seem to "hover" above the outdoor lounge area. I had a wonderful time here with my girlfriend and another two couples. The home is beautifully appointed and modern, and has so many cool areas to relax, have coffee or enjoy a meal. The views of the canals cannot be beat, and the view from the roof is spectacular. It’s not the most private home in the world, as it is located on the Venice canals, but we enjoyed the people watching from the roof, and definitely felt like celebrities. I will be looking to stay here again.
Logan’s “Hover House” is as epic in person as it is in the photos. Truly one of the coolest Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. Waking up each morning with a floor to ceiling window view of the Venice Canals was awesome. Having coffee on the roof deck lounge at sunrise was a great start to the day, and the outdoor hang out area below was such a relaxing place to hang out. The interior of the house is modern and unique, and overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Walking the canals was so nice, and the home is just a 2 minute walk from the beach and Venice Pier.
Logan was a GREAT host and his home was as beautiful as the photos. The roof deck was amazing to hang out on, especially on the 90-degree day we were there. The views of the Venice canals from the roof, living room, and master bedroom were stunning. The outdoor kitchen and lounge on the ground floor (under the “hovering” house) were awesome to hang out in and barbecue and watch football on that giant television. Peak luxury living. Overall the home was just beautiful. Definitely a modern architectural gem. And Logan was very communicative throughout the entire process and responsive if we needed anything at all. Will definitely stay here again.
