Okay for a night when you have to be at the airport in the morning. Easy check in, helpful building staff. It was not clean when I arrived, no towels, no sheet on the blanket and dust and crumbs everywhere. No bugs though and it felt safe to be at. Five stars if cleaned properly.

Super great value for the money. This is basically a 5-star hotel with the cheap price of an airbnb. Every amenity listed was there and worked flawlessly. The view is super great and the entire place is super cozy and nice.

Beautiful and spacious place. Very clean. Building securities are very helpful and friendly. Apartment has everything you need from utensils to wash/dry machine. Internet and Netflix. convenient for work travel. I can stay here months at a time. 10minutes from Ho Tay. Close by 2 of Ha Noi top colleges. A lot of vietnam local street food are within walking distance. close by police station and Hanoi emergency responders forces so you can assure security. Restaurants and coffee shops are within the building. Hidden private coffee shop of floor 12B only access to residents. but you can ask securities to let you up. Host is tremendous. I ask for a blanket and a brand new one cam within 2 days. Studio has air and heat system to assure the perfect temperature for you. pricing is very reasonable.

This was a great place for us, a base in Hanoi. It was close to where my son lives so it was a good location for us. Comfortable and cosy, we could cook if we wished and it was easy to use the entertainment system and wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good coffee at Highlands Coffee just outside the front door.
