Viola's olive farm with bakery is in a very beautifully landscape, the view from the terasse is sublime. We had the breakfast the first morning, when the fogg just disappeared, sipping herbal tea, home made apricot juice, and her baked goods. We slept very well, everything is moscito protected. And even the pool was still open mid October. Beautiful place to relax.

Exactly what we needed after Rome, Orvieto and Sienna. 2 days in Pari and Viola’s farm helped us unwind and reset. Breakfast was amazing and her little store provided enough to make dinner. We hiked into town and enjoyed Pari. Only one restaurant there, but the food was excellent. Several vineyards with wine tasting an hour away.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. From the amazing hosts who were so responsive and helpful with restaurant booking, the fabulous breakfast basket that Viola puts together(don’t say no to this), to the beautiful surroundings. The suite was well equipped and so quaint. We loved being out on the farm in the country but it was still central to all of the places we wanted to visit. Viola booked us at Locanda nel Cassero in Civitella Marittima for dinner and it was one of the best meals we have had in Italy. We also enjoyed the local restaurant in Pari. And we loved spending time with Viola’s dogs as we were missing ours. We would definitely stay again if we ever get another chance to return to Italy. Thanks so much Viola for a fantastic stay!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit auf dem traumhaften Anwesen unserer quirlig fröhlichen Gastgeberin Viola & ihrem Mann Graham. Einfach überall, ob im Haus oder an einem der einladenden lauschigen Plätze im Garten werden Auge und Herz mit liebevollen Details verwöhnt. Ein toskanischer Traum - Erholung pur. In Pari gibt’s ein nettes Restaurant, wo wir gut, gerne und folglich oft gegessen haben. Daneben in Robertos kleinem Laden bekommt man alles, was man sonst noch braucht. Viola selbst bietet einen liebevollen Frühstückskorb mit eigenen biologischen Produkten an. Außerdem backt sie wöchentlich im großen Holzbackofen sehr zu empfehlende hochwertige Bio-Brote, Gebäck und Herzhaftes. Genial ist auch Violas kleiner Laden im Haus, zack kann man sich am Morgen schnell mal frische hofeigene Eier, Saft, Konfitüre oder am Abend eine gute Flasche Wein, Kräutertee oder vieles andere mehr holen, alles absolut regional. Fazit: 100%ige Weiterempfehlung ❣️

Viola is the best!! We felt right at home in her cozy place and enjoyed our time in Pari. Viola was beyond helpful and kind throughout our entire stay. This was the perfect way to experience life in Tuscany. Thank you, Viola! We will be back!
