This large and impressive 4 bedroom town-home is located on 7th Street in Ocean City, Md, just a couple short blocks to the ocean and famous Ocean City boardwalk! You can enjoy the over-sized garage complete with beach cart, beach chairs, etc. or relax and soak in the sunshine at the outdoor pool just steps from your back door. The interior of this resort home has a welcoming island decor with hardwood floors, Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc. The first floor offers a master suite with double bed and private bath and garage access. Second level living boasts gorgeous kitchen and washer dryer area and half bath. It also offers sunken dining and living room complete with double sleep sofa. The third floor offers 3 additional bedrooms including spacious second master suite with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed system with double bed and twin bed, and the fourth bedroom with double bed. This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests. There are TVs in all bedrooms as well as large TV in living room. Both the living room and third floor master suite offer decks, perfect for relaxation! *As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries! This townhouse suited our family's needs. The spacious living area provided room for all of us and the kitchen and eating area as well. The 4 bedrooms were a plus. The bedroom on the first floor was a little small but the others were a nice size with the master bedroom having enough room for my grandson's pack n play. Having 3 full bathrooms was great. We were able to store all our beach gear in the oversized garage. All in all we would consider renting this unit again.

This property is a perfect location to enjoy ocean city. There were four couples in our group. 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms = perfect size. Short walk to boardwalk at 7th street. Beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Short drive to the bay side restaurants. The Tommy Bahama cart of beach chairs and umbrellas located in the garage is GOLD. The garage is large enough to fit a car and SUV and there was plenty of street parking even over the weekend. We enjoyed cocktails on the balcony after our days at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a large meal. The house was immaculately clean and towels and linens were provided in plastic bags from a linen service. We had to make the beds but everything was clean. Only tiny complaint is that it was cold in there! AC set at 72 but felt much colder. We called and the temperature was increased remotely ...but it went back to 72 shortly after. It could be worse. It was 90° outside! We look forward to visiting again. 5 stars
The Iris Moon was a great place, in a great location close to all things in Ocean City.
