The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach access was nice as well . We were surprised to find construction going on directly in front of the otherwise perfect home but when that is completed this place will be next to perfect !

PLEASE NOTE: Beach access is east of us thru the Lupine Beach Neighborhood Beach Walkover. This is not access directly out of the house. It's about a 3-4 minute walk from the house to the sand. Note that the beach walkover does have stairs up and down over the dunes, so it is not handicap accessible. Also, as with most beach properties along 30A, new construction noise will occur at other properties. Sorry, but we have no control over neighboring areas.
