This place was just as advertised: extremely clean, easy to access, affordable with quick responding hosts. Enjoyed the key pad system rather than having keys in pocket. I'm a NY'er so familiar with the area. We read the other comments & reviews to get a sense of why this place is so affordable; reasoning probably being the area. I had no problem walking to & from the Journal Square Path train which is a quick trip to lower Manhattan. Was in town for work so basically just needed a place to sleep. Wifi was strong. For my next trip to the City for work, will definitely try to book this spot again. Actually tried to extend my stay but those days were already filled by other patrons :) If your days match up book here!

I felt right at home and was very impressed with the level of service given by BP. I will definitely book with them at this location again when back in town. I liked it that much.

Très bon logement si vous souhaitez visiter New York Il y a tout de même 1H de transport pour aller dans Manhattan, mais le logement est très bien

The rest of my review describes the property. It was everything that was represented by the host. This is for any prospective visitors. (1) This wasn’t important to me, but it might be for you. I do not have problems going up stairs, but if you do there was two flights to go up. The host may have included that in the description, but I wasn’t looking for it. If this is an issue for you I want you to be aware of it. (2) I would not recommend you bring a car. I chose to use a garage instead of fighting for street parking and parking cost almost as much as the room did. If you are looking for a nice location for a reasonable price and you are planning on relying the public transportation this really is a great place for you to consider in NJ/NY.
