I had the most incredible stay at Sonia's place. The property is not only stunning but also really safe, it’s a modern villa nestled in a beautiful garden with a private beach - perfect for swims and snorkeling adventures. The bedroom was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also great and had all I needed. Everything was super clean and well maintained throughout the property, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Sonia herself was an exceptional host, always ready to offer help and quick to respond to any questions. Her warm welcome and recommendations truly made my experience in Sri Lanka great, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived :) The communal areas such as the kitchen, garden, and huge balcony were lovely providing additional spaces to relax, work and enjoy the surroundings. I'm already planning my next trip to Sonia's place, and this time, I'll be staying longer! Thanks so much x

I stayed 8 Days and felt very welcome and at home! The rooms and the terrace with ocean views are just fantastic, I very much liked the interior design. The garden with access to the ocean is perfect for having a coffee in the morning or hang out in the shadow. Sonia and Nadun are very sweet and helpful. I will come back :)

Fantastycznie miejsce i okolica, dostęp do prywatnej plaży, taras z pięknym widokiem gdzie można zjeść posiłek lub napić się kawy. Sama gospodyni super przyjazna i zaangażowana w pomoc co można robić w okolicy. Ja miałam szczęście i udało mi się nauczyć gotować potrawy kuchni lankijskiej pod okiem lokalnej gospodyni‼️♥️ Nauczyłam się surfingu oraz gdy miałam ochotę na masaż Sonia wykonała telefon i masażysta przyjechał do obiektu 😁 Dziękuję ślicznie za gościnę na pewno wrócę. ‼️♥️

This is my second review for Sonia's place as I stayed in two different rooms, totalling 9 days at Sonia's place. It was my longest stay at the same place during my trip to Sri Lanka, because this place finally had everything I fully need for both having lovely relaxed stay, and working. This room has the windows facing the sea, and it is just stunning beautiful to see the sun lights in the morning, and to sleep with the sound of waves. The room is sparkling clean and super duper stylish, so it felt nice to stay there and work, as I had working days, and had to work for 8-9h from home, and it was totally comfortable. Polhena is considered more local place compared to Madiha, but it is literally 15 min lovely walk away. While in Madiha you will probably end up not being able to sleep because of the loud music, but if you stay here — you are privileged with the peacefulness while being really close to all the restaurants and parties if you wish. I had an amazing.
