Stayed for a couple nights over the bank holiday and had an amazing stay! The boat is docked in a quiet spot just outside canary wharf. We had lots of space and everything that we needed to stay comfortable. It was a great place to come back to and relax after a day in London. In the evening it was nice to sit outside on the water and listen to music while watching the swans. Would definitely come back again!

Nat was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful and went beyond our expectations to ensure we knew everything we needed, from local parking, to useful apps to use, to directions and recommendations. The boat itself is beautiful. So quirky and interesting yet cosy and comfortable after a long day exploring the city. Even on a rainy morning it was so lovely to stand boiling the kettle, butter a crumpet and gaze out the kitchen window at the birds on the water. Sitting on the deck in the evening with a drink was the perfect way to relax. Plenty of joggers and friendly passing people gave us reassurance the area was pleasant, the location was so convenient for the DLR with useful shops and takeaways also within a short walk. Would certainly recommend this stay if you want something alternative to a hotel and are used to staying in holiday cottages and just want somewhere to kip, relax and stay whilst maximising your visit. Thanks so much to Nat for all the help and for being so helpful!

10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend staying here. Nat was an amazing host with loads of recommendations, jokes, and super friendly. The boat was super cute and had a great view. The no WiFi was no problem. I would love to stay here again someday!

Nat est une hôte accueillante et arrangeante (elle s'est adaptée à nos horaires d'arrivée pour un check-in un peu plus tôt). Nous avons apprécié la communication avec elle avant notre arrivée, les conseils et informations donnés, ainsi que sa réactivité pendant notre séjour (problèmes de chauffage). La péniche est idéale si vous cherchez un logement un peu plus insolite qu'habituellement. Le quartier est calme et très joli, proche des transports.

As a previous reviewer said this is what the Airbnb experience should be like! A friendly host and a cool place to stay :) Although we didn’t get to meet Nat she was very quick to respond to our messages & she sent us detailed instructions about the barge. It's close to the DLR and easy to connect to tourist spots in central London & Greenwich. There’s plenty of space for 3 adults to relax & we found the barge to be a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Nat’s barge is highly recommended!
