Melinda was so great, she responded quickly to my messages and she was very friendly and attentive. The house is beautiful, the back yard is nice and private. We really enjoyed the hot tub. There were games to play when it rained out our hike too. We had a great time. We would definitely stay again.
Cute and cozy home that was super comfortable. Was well stocked with linens, dishes, etc.. Everything about the booking and check-in was easy.
We stayed for about a week to do some skiing. The home is very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the TV room with its comfortable seating and a lovely fireplace The warm spa was delightful after a day on the snow. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was a delight to stay in this lovely peaceful home. We look forward to staying again
This place is so magical I don't really want to share it. First off it's so cool to stay somewhere that is so healthy! There is a mindfulness and a feeling of zen and warmth and love in this place that makes me feel so calm. If you live healthy and appreciate sauna, gym, jacuzzi and you got kids--and need play space--it's heaven. The birch trees in the yard are beautiful and it's truly an oasis. And there's a focus on mindful living and disconnecting that i really appreciate here!
It was very comfortable and the space was utilized well. We loved the feel of the home and the beds were comfy.

This neighborhood is nestled up to the base of the mountain in East Layton, a thickly wooded area, only 19 miles from snow basin! Experience a cabin in the forest, a private yard next to a gully full of mature trees. The back yard is fully enclosed by a privacy fence, trees & a hill right behind it. Escape with a 20 minute neighborhood walk (or 5 minute drive) to a trail that heads around the beautifully forested Hobbs reservoir! This path connects to the paved and very green Kayscreek trail. Adams, Holmes and Hobbs resevoirs are all within a 6 minute drive, and are all very picturesque!
The neighborhood is quite accessible right off of the main road of Antelope Drive, close to 89 and I-15. The neighborhood is full of mature trees, right at the base of the mountain, and close to trails, hikes & lakes. There is plenty of parking on the premise, room for about 6 vehicles (or 5 with an RV) as well seasonal parking on the street.
