The apartment is located in a strategically located location in the city of Seville. As can be seen on the map, it is surrounded by the María Luisa y Alcázar Park, the Seville April Fair, and the most famous avenue in the city, Avenida de la Palmera. Right in the middle of everything, is this newly built apartment that has been renovated since 1929, and which is connected to the means of transport to get to know the city in depth. The room is located on the top floor of the loft/duplex, obtaining even more privacy and independence. The bed is 1.35cm and the private bathroom is just in front of the bedroom door. The private bathroom is the largest and most spacious and comfortable in the house. It is located right in front of the bedroom, 70cm from the bedroom door in front of it.

Le logement est très propre, et situé au sud de la ville, à 25 minutes à pied du centre et à proximité immédiate de parcs magnifiques. Jorge est très accueillant et réactif. Quelques dosettes de café fournies auraient été appréciés ! Mais dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Nous avons même pu laisser nos vélos dans la petite cour intérieure en toute sécurité. Très bon accueil de Jorge.
The room was nice and cozy, but very small. The private bathroom is not directly in the room but across the hall, which is slightly less convenient. Even though the AirBnb is quite close to the center we didn't like the location so much, as all bus/tram stops are quite far away.
Tutto bene, da consigliare. Però non accoglie di persona come altri host, si comunica comunque tramite messaggi. Per il resto è tutto nuovo, pulito e funzionante. L'esperienza è stata positiva, nessun problema!
Jorge est un hôte très réactif et surtout serviable ! Très à l’écoute et donne toujours les meilleurs conseils. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. L’appartement est très propre et le quartier est très paisible. Nous y reviendrons sans doute !

The neighborhood is very quiet, you can park easily and you can walk to any tourist attraction or historical monument in the city. It is located in a strategic position since it is right in the center of several key positions in the city of Seville such as the María Luisa Park, the Del Real site of the Seville April Fair and the main avenue that crosses the entire city that is Avenida de la Palmera.
From the apartment to get to the city center that we can consider to be the Cathedral and the Giralda, there are about 22 minutes walking in a spectacular walk through the city, you start by entering the María Luisa park which is 4 minutes from the apartment, with its nature and monuments of famous Sevillian poets and painters. We continue through the Plaza de España, where films have been shot, and we arrive at the Prado de San Sebastián, which connects with Avenida de la Constitución, the main pedestrian street in the center of Seville with a multitude of interesting views. So it is a very pleasant, fun and interesting walk near the Guadalquivir River and taking a tour of many points of interest in the city.
