Nice and cozy basement. Faucet in the shower was very loose, some ants were in the apartment, but nothing crazy and we were very happy with our stay! Thank you!!
A new gorgeous place which was tastefully and practically furnished. Very thoughtful features such as coffee making machine and a full kitchen were available. Guests have the entire house space to themselves on the same level. There are occupants on the floor above which sometimes bother light sleepers. The location is halfway up a hilly slope, so it provides a free natural workout on your way in or out, if you are traveling by bus. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and neat. Depending on the bus you take and the time of day, it's about 30-40minutes to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC from where you can connect to subways or do the next best thing - walk!

Made our trip better!
This location was a nice place to stay while visiting the area. It was clean, felt safe and fairly close to public transportation. Overall the stay was quite good but we did have a few issues. We arrived early in the morning (2am) to find the upstairs neighbour had blocked the driveway with their car and this prevented us from accessing and parking in the allocated parking spot. There was no nearby parking and after searching for almost 40 mins I gave up and had to park in a parking garage ~10 mins drive away. I had to Uber home and back to the car in the morning - this was a $50 USD cost to me. The next morning I was able to get in touch with the host and resolve the parking issue - we didn’t have any issues afterwards. Also, the upstairs neighbour can be quite loud sometimes and the floor is thin - so you can hear them. This was a minor inconvenience. With that being said however, all in all, the experience was okay. I would stay there again —- hopefully without parking issues.

Friendly and Welcoming Atmosphere, and neightboors . Extremely safe and quiet. There's Parks less than 1000 feet away. Beautiful views of the sunset. We also have a Park for Kids or Dogs near by, and a giant park that spans multiple streets called "James J Braddock Park". Filled with Tennis Courts, Volleyball, Soccer/Football, Basketball, Racketball, Baseball. Braddock is essentially a mini Central Park, with a pond as well.
The Parking is right in our driveway, as we offer free parking. During the day street parking is available all over the sidewalks but night time parking is paid or for residents of the town. We offer parking to make it a stress free process. The nearest park is less then 1000 feet away and the nearest bus stop is 400 feet away. The bus stop takes you right to NYC in 15 minutes. Extremely convenient. There's also a ferry you can take if you want to travel in the Hudson River.
