Airbnb's site requests a review of Evolve, but they weren't incredibly helpful. That said, the owner, that I mainly communicated with was exceptionally helpful. We airbnb often & considering the location of this home, it was incredibly expensive. We were in a bit of a bind as the property we had rented a year in advance for a wedding in the area ended up selling so the owner had to cancel. The original property was right in town, easy to locate and literally half the cost for a much larger home. This home was very clean and super well stocked as far as kitchen/cooking supplies & towels. There are (2) bedrooms downstairs w/a single bath and a loft bedroom up the spiral stairs. Please note, if you're sleeping up there, you'll need a sleep mask as it's very bright & earplugs as it's open to the entire downstairs space. Locating the property is a challenge, Kathy (owner) gave us as detailed directions as possible, but it is a challenge. Do not arrive after dark, you'll never find it.

Fabulous place to stay. The host thought of everything that you might need or want when traveling. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Our family absolutely enjoyed the stay and hope to make it back someday soon.

Amazing host, beautiful home, great location as there are little hotels around. We were welcomed with snacks and beverages in the fridge. There were some dead bugs on the window sills and the pull out bed was pretty dusty/dirty. Otherwise great place.
