Unfortunately the property we booked with IStay had boiler issues and - however they were proactive in offering an alternative for the same price. The check in and check out was easy and the property was within walking distance of the main city centre. The property itself was lovely, clean, and relatively quiet (although the rooms next to the roads could be a little louder), and came with all expected amenities. Overall, great place to stay if visiting Belfast - particularly for longer stays of over a week!

We had a wonderful stay in Belfast. The apartment is very conveniently located and many shops and bars are a stones throw away. Apartment is beautifully presented, lots of cosy seating, very comfy beds, and a beautiful view of the river. Bathrooms were modern and clean and had heated towel rails. Clean and fully functional appliances Something to be mindful of is the £15 charge an hour for early arrival, which can add up if you get an early flight, however the host kindly did offer to let us check in an hour early free of charge on the day. The electric key pad to enter the apartment could be temperamental; sometimes it took a few tries. Something that was available but we had to request to be brought to the apartment was a hair dryer, and we also had to request more than once for extra towels. The shower ran out of hot water once but Dennis was very responsive and reliable when contacted and sorted this very quickly. Overall would stay again.

Stay was good over all and directions useful. Door locking wasn't that friendly and straight forward . Had to meddle multiple times to lock it. Beds were unclean and hair found all over the bedsheet . On call out , it was cleaned the next day . Hot water supply was very bad . During mornings only 2 people could take bath out of the 5 people booked for the place and none could take bath in the night . Even hot water was not constantly there for wash up and things in the kitchen area through the day . Wifi was not that great and couldn't accommodate the no of people using in the room , Not even 1 device per person . Without hot water, wifi , it was not a great experience using this Airbnb

The flat located in walking distance from Titanic Museum, City Hall, Victoria square etc., which is very convenient. I found it very enjoyable to stay here for vacation
