Take a break and unwind at this peaceful townhouse located in Midtown Historical District minutes from downtown CSU, CWRU, Cleveland Clinic, ALL SPORTS VENUES,Playhouse Square, ROCK -N-ROLL hall of Fame, Asian town and a 5 minute walk to Cleveland Masonic and Agora. These townhouses are part of millionaire's row built by the Rockefellers for their servents as they lived at the top of the street in a mansion on Euclid Ave. Townhouses have been family owned since the early 60's Historic town house near downtown on a quiet, peaceful and safe private street with PNC Bank and Police Station across the street. It's the closest residential entire townhouse close to downtown on Chester Ave. Very close to Asian Town and a 5 minute walk to the Cleveland Masonic and Agora

Alex was very accommodating and helpfully, he's place was fairly priced and spacious. parking right out front and easy entry. he was responsive if I had a question. house decor was cozy and had charector, not some modern cheap thrown together place you tend to see a lot of when people buy property's for the only purpose of airbnb solely. I tend to look for these types of places cause if a wanted modern chrap I'd go to a motel. When I look for an Airbnb I look for something homey or different, or with certain amenities. if I was a person who needed a long term rental you could feel right at home and not feel like you living out of a hotel I suggest this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cleveland.
LOCATION We chose this AirBnb because of its proximity to the Agora. We were seeing a show there. Very easy to find and navigate the surrounding areas. Only 10 minutes to dining and shopping. Quiet and calm area. Kind of industrial but we felt very safe. SPACE Exactly as described and as shown in photos. Older home, which I find very cool and appreciate. Lots of character. CRAZY CLEAN. CHECK-IN Super easy. Alex provided a lock box code to release a key. Super simple and straightforward. RESPONSE Alex was SUPER SUPER SUPER responsive. Very nice and helpful. He gave us some recommendations on the fastest walk to the Agora. PRICE In line with hotels in the area. I prefer AirBnb over hotels, personally.

The house is conveniently located near Case Western, where we were visiting.
Place was great and very convenient to downtown. Lots of old charm.

It's safe and peaceful for being on a busy main street. Bank and 3rd District Police Station across the street on Chester Ave. Closest residential entire townhouse to downtown on Chester Ave. Free parking on sidewalk in front of the house.
Many guests take a short Uber ride down town to avoid downtown traffic and parking. About a mile from downtown and All SPORTS VENUES.
