Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. You will have your own private bathroom with shower over bath. The house is within 5 mins walking distance to the beach, town and train station. About 15 to 20 mins walk to the white cliffs and walks to Beachy Head, Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters. The house is on the main road through Seaford so can be prone to some noise. I have a small dog that is very friendly and is likely to want to say hello. The room and bathroom is on the middle floor of the house as you come through the front door. The room has a double bed, small TV, bedside tables and a standup clothes hanger. The bathroom had a shower over bath. Water pressure is decent. The kitchen is one level down with a small decked backyard. There is a table and chairs outside.

Honestly had the best experience staying at Salome’s place. They were such a kind and gracious host, going the extra mile to make sure my boyfriend and I were comfortable. Their place was super easy to find and exquisitely clean. Olive (their dog) was such a sweetie and Salome was easy to talk to and get excellent recommendations from. We will absolutely be returning to stay with Salome in the future as our experience with them was magnificent.
Salome was a very relaxed & friendly host who I would definitely recommend. Parking was actually very easy despite my initial concerns.
This was a legit 5-star place! Totally worth the price and a big surprise for us. It's close to both the train station and the beach & cliffs. Spacious restroom, tidy and clean bedroom as well as well-equipped kitchen. We arrived quite late the night we checked in but Salome was so welcoming and friendly that she still managed to greet us and give a bunch of helpful advices for our little hike. It's a pity that we didn't get to communicate much due to the short stay, but the little conversations we had with Salome still warmed us a lot and left us an unforgettable experience in Eastbourne.

Wonderful host and wonderful home. Very conveniently situated, train station and bus stop right opposite. Well worth!
