As a frequent traveler with a limited budget, I decided to convert the closet room into a cozy bedroom to provide convenient short-term accommodation for hosting like-minded guests. For your notice this room is not the best room that I have in my portfolio, its a small room with some disadvantages, please read all of the information and also please check my other rooms if you are looking for a better accommodation. Nearby, you'll find streets full of spirit, offering a taste of the local lifestyle. With easy access to transportation, It's the perfect base to explore the neighborhood, city and mingle with locals/fellow travelers alike. ***The room is an interior room. It is not facing the street. It may not offer lots of fresh air. However, it is the quietest room in the flat, and especially during summer it is the coolest room since it does not get direct sunlight.** It is a 4-room shared flat with one kitchen, one full bathroom, and one-half bathroom. I also live nearby and as a dedicated super host, I am always responsive to your requirements during your stay. The flat is 150 meters away from the iconic bull statue in Kadıköy Center and 250 meters away from Kadikoy Bazaar. All public transportation is in a range of 350 meters. -- ROOM DETAILS-- An 8m2 room with a single bed (90x190) A convenient workstation with plug sockets beneath A wooden table An ergonomic chair A clothing rack and hangers A tiny bedside stand and bedside plug sockets (including USB sockets, you won't need socket converters for your phones, tablets, etc. ) --SHARED AREAS-- > A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, mini oven, toaster, water boiler french press, and mocha pot. > I have a water treatment system installed in the kitchen. Please do not bring bottled water. > A full bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine, and drying machine. > A half bathroom > A 9m2 entrance area with a shoe cabinet and a large mirror on the wall --TRANSPORTATION-- I may personally offer VIP airport transportation service for my guests. Please inquire for details. --GENERAL INFO-- > The flat is well-heated with a central heater. > Clean bed linens, towels, paper towels, and detergents will be provided at the check-in. Some other common consumables (coffee, tea, soaps, shampoo, etc.) may also be provided but I do not guarantee continuous compliments because I also may be away from time to time. --CLEANING-- >Fresh bed linens and towels will be provided weekly for stays longer than 8 days. >You can ask for a room cleaning service during your stay as an extra service
