Amazing house! The house was gorgeous and it had absolutely everything we needed for our family. Brian was an awesome host, he was very responsive to all our questions and made our stay comfortable and easy!

Our stay at Brian’s house couldn’t have been more pleasant! The house is a super comfortable and fun environment and the host is clearly a person that pays a lot of attention to detail. The house manual not only helped with any questions you had about using appliances in the house but it also had suggestions on places to visit. It is a space that you can walk into and feel like you’re right at home. We really appreciated that there were so many things to entertain us without leaving the house, i.e. corn hole game, a sandy beach spot, a pool table, grill and to our surprise 4 new bicycles in the garage with a great bike path right down the street. The house was appointed nicely, the beds were comfortable and the luxury spa bathroom was something to write home about! The town of Dunedin was a fun little spot to visit not too far away and grocery stores were close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our dogs who also appreciated the fenced in yard. We’ll be back for sure.

Our stay at Brian’s place exceeded our expectations! We’ve travelled as a family to Florida for years and this has been one of our favourite plates to stay so far! It is clean, a beautiful home and a great spot to enjoy quality time together! The living space and backyard made you feel at home while also felt like a great vacation! Brian was extremely easy to communicate with, quick to respond and clearly wanted us to have a good experience. We would definitely stay again, and most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot!
