Had a great time with a beautiful place to stay. There’s a very faint amount of noise from the area at night, but not that bad (just bring ear plugs in case). Tons of stuff in the area. Highly recommend!
Es war ein toller Aufenthaltsort in einer ruhigen Umgebung der nah von der U-bahn war und man somit gut und schnell ins Zentrum und allgemeine zu Attrakionen kam. Das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht und war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I was so impressed with Vincent, & with this experience. The flat was very clean, with every amenity provided; shampoo/conditioner, body wash (a beautiful, high-end brand, at that!), hand wash, coffee, sugar cubes, dishwashing pods + laundry detergent... Really nice touch to make us feel at home. We used our flat as a jumping off space for many on-foot adventures, & even walked to the flat w/ all our suitcases in tow from the train station. We felt safe in the area around the flat, especially in the building itself, which has multiple layers of door security/codes. I had several inquiries re: recommendations beyond the extensive list Vincent provided, & he was most accommodating, quick, & thorough in his response(s). The area around the building is relatively safe, but be alert & aware of your surroundings throughout Paris, especially as we move closer to the Olympics. We walked everywhere from the flat, & found some great local restaurants. An excellent experience!

The apartment is 2-minute walk from Canal Saint-Martin and 10-minute walk from Le Marais.
The trendy bars and restaurants rue de Vinaigriers, quai de Valmy, quai de Jemmapes are right next door, and the amazing yoga studio Jivamukiti is across the canal.
You will find the museums and monuments of the Marais after Place de la République, as well as the galeries and stores on rue de Turenne and rue Vieille du Temple.
