Although my husband & I came there for business this was an absolute amazing stay for relaxation as well & the best Airbnb thus far that we've ever been in. Upon arrival it was a little hard to find because of New York's traffic & their one way streets but Polite was very responsive in helping us get to the location & getting checked in. This place is absolutely immaculate & the decor is so beautiful! The pictures do it no justice. You actually have to be there to enjoy the value, beauty & ambiance of this place. Polite was able to recommend great food & she also provided everything that we needed for our stay. It was definitely our home away from home for the weekend! When we visit New York again we are definitely going to check into Polite's place!! Although there was a train near it was so quiet & comfortable & we slept like babies in the bed. The windows are amazing & we caught one of the most beautiful & amazing sunsets! PLEASE book this for your stay you won't regret it! TYSM💟

We were fortunate to score this centrally located downtown spot for a quick overnight stay in New Rochelle! ! The apartment was inviting and extremely well imagined, with amazing artwork, ornate furniture, as well as decorative smallwares throughout the space. Paula's vision led to a most enjoyable time and vibe during our visit with her. She was always a message away, and we sincerely appreciated her willingness to meet any of our inquiries. We absolutely recommend a stay with her if you are in the Westchester/ New Rochelle area for a visit! Cheers to al!!!

Better than I expected, when I arrived the place was spotless, huge windows with an amazing view, conveniently close to transportation and sooo much natural light we will be returning for another stay thank you so much Ms. Polite!

This place was even better than it looks! Super spacious, beautiful decor, clean, views, & easy transportation. Polite was so welcoming & has great energy. The place literally felt like a home away from home. It’s a beautiful area to stay in. There’s a gym and pool available, as well as a train very close to take a trip to the city! My check in & out was very smooth. I will definitely book this place again next time I’m in New York! Thank you Polite!
