3E Ranch House is located about 30 minutes south of I-40 on a working ranch. The brightest lights you’ll see are the stars! Enjoy ranch animals, wildlife, western history, porch sitting, a playground area for kids, lake views, and unmatched sunsets. The Ranch House is spacious and original. Ute Lake (fishing or boating), Tucumcari, Route 66, Santa Rosa, Fort Sumner, Clovis, hunting, hiking, and scenic byways traversing the caprock are all within easy distance of the Ranch House. The 3E Ranch House is an old ranch house built in the early 1900’s by a family that still has roots in the area. It has been remodeled and refurbished. The living room is large and friendly with a game table to enjoy family members at. The kitchen is huge and open with a snack bar and a high top table. The washer/dryer are in the kitchen also, along with a utility sink. The bedrooms are all spacious with 3 are equipped with new mattresses that have mechanical/adjustable bases. The 4th has a loft bed that kids will love. The sectional couch in the living room will sleep two, or has 3 recliners. This IS the definition of country living, but with modern day amenities. There is no TV in the living room, but there is a large TV in the master, and a small one in bedroom 2. Wi-Fi is available for guests.
