The location close to the historic center and all services makes it the ideal accommodation for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. Very close to the cities of Chiavari and Lavagna, it can be your base for visiting splendid places such as Portofino and Santa Margherita and the Cinque Terre which can be reached in an hour's journey. At the entrance you will immediately find a bright living room with dining table, sofa, armchair, TV and French window which leads to a private balcony equipped with table and chairs from which you can also see the sea, as well as making the most of the climate of the riviera, with outdoor lunches and dinners. Next to the living room there is a kitchen equipped with everything needed to store, prepare and consume meals during your stay: induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave, blender, kitchen utensils and dishes, moka and machine Nespresso coffee maker, dining table and dishwasher. There is also a washer-dryer, which you can use during your stay. You will then find the first bedroom with a double bed, balcony and a bathroom directly inside the room, complete with bathroom fixtures and a large shower. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, wardrobe and a second access to the balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds plus two other pull-out singles for a total of eight beds.
