Double room conveniently located for trains to Central London, Blackheath and historic Greenwich. Providing somewhere comfortable to sleep, shower and prepare breakfast (and meals if needed) and set out to explore the City! ★Comfortable double bed. ★Modern bathroom with shower. ★Use of kitchen great for grabbing some breakfast on the go should you need it. ★Minutes walk from Lewisham Station and excellent transport links with frequent trains to London just 20 mins train ride away. This bright and spacious split level ex local authority maisonette is in a purpose built block. You have a double room overlooking a south facing green oases, great broadband and the ability to come and go as you please. In your private room you have a double bed with a memory foam mattress, bedside lamp, USB sockets, a set of draws and built in wardrobe with hanging rail. Please note that there is no table and chairs the room is as pictured. You are welcome to use the kitchen. It's fully equipped and includes a hob, fan oven and grill, kettle, blender, Juicer, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. You are welcome to help yourself to tea and coffee. And if you are cooking things like oil, herbs, spices, condiments and the like.

Maravillosa la estancia, todo muy bien y muy limpio
Tanya is a nice person, However I was really uncomfortable staying in the flat because of the heating - it was extremely cold in the room we stayed in - even after asking her to turn up the heating it was so bad I ended up catching a cold. The Apartment itself is small and I don't believe you are getting a good deal for your money - The kitchen was cluttered and the living room felt uncomfortable to sit in because of all the stuff laying around. I was so cold the first night that I ended up staying the night at my friend's place instead (which was a waste of my money). I wouldn't recommend this place honestly simply because of the heating issue and overall clutter of the rest of the apartment however the room was okay basic but okay.
Tanya was a wonderful host!! She is incredibly kind and respectful and accommodating of whatever you might need. Her home is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need. The neighbourhood is gorgeous and quiet and full of greenery. And it's a wonderful location being so close to the overground, you can be in central in 20 minutes. Absolutely loved my stay here. 10/10 would recommend :))))

The property is located a short walk from the lovely Blackheath Village where there are bars and cafes to enjoy, with a farmers market every Sunday.
Walking over the green space of Blackheath you'll find yourself at the top entrance of greenwich park where you can enjoy a picnic, take a lovely stroll around the flower gardens or visit the Royal Observatory Greenwich.
There is a Tesco Supermarket just a short walk away if you want to get groceries and cook.
Forgot to bring something on your trip? Lewisham Shopping Centre is local and offers some retail shops for any last minute buys.
