Private suite available in Granite Bay two minutes away from Folsom Lake. Perfect for anyone traveling to see an event at the Golden One Center that wants a less-expensive and more accommodating place to stay than the downtown hotels. We can offer pool access and a lake pass for those that wish to cool off during the summer months. Guests get access to NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube TV as well. Our family of three lives upstairs and we are more than happy to make additional accommodations for our guests. The suite features: - Queen bed with a wall mounted TV in the bedroom - Private restroom and shower, stocked with towels and soap - Kitchen which is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware - Electric Stove and Microwave - Access to a BBQ - Full fridge and freezer - Living room with 3 leather seats and TV - Pool access (for those that inquire) - Free parking on the property - Air Conditioning unit and Heater - Plenty of privacy - NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube TV

Needed a spot to rest for the night while in town for a race - Tahni's place was perfect! The place had everything we needed, and it was nice and quiet so we could rest fully for the race.
Cute, comfy place. Easy to find, I felt safe and comfortable. I appreciated the support and offer to make mencomfortable from the hosts. Tahini's place is simple, very small shower and not a lot of amenities. So if you are picky and expect a lot of extra niceties, this may not be the place for you Thank you! Lauren

The neighborhood is very quiet. We are on a dead-end street so there is no through-traffic. There is a creek less than 200 feet from our home, so there are sounds of frogs and running water at night. Around the area, you will find that there are no homeless people outside of any stores, gas stations, or on sidewalks. It is a fairly popular area for dog walkers due to the low vehicle traffic in the surrounding neighborhood.
A car is certainly going to be helpful, however one of the best restaurants in Granite Bay is within a 10 minute walk from the house. The Twin Rocks Estate Winery is about 2 miles away, as is Folsom Lake. Parking is available in the driveway.
