Downtown Pre-war 2 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow remodeled in 2023 on the western edge of historic downtown Flagstaff shops & restaurants. 1/2 mile to Basha's grocery store (10 minute walk), NAU 3/4 mile (15 minute walk) to NAU & Flagstaff Medical Center. Fully fenced yard w/charcoal BBQ, Adirondack chairs, fire pit & picnic table. Smart TVs in living room, bedrooms & office w/speedy streaming Wi-Fi. Full bath in main house, 2nd bath in detached office w/working space, futon & stacked washer/dryer. This 2023 remodeled single level home features two bedrooms with two nightstands (w/reading lamps). The bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The speedy WiFi service is 1 gig. The primary bathroom has a tub/shower, vanity, and one piece lav. We provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The second bathroom is in a detached building with laundry and an office with desk, chair, futon, and Samsung Smart TV. The kitchen features a stainless steel undermount sink, robin egg blue refrigerator, dishwasher and range. There is room for one car in the driveway as well as street parking. We LOVE dogs - they stay for free!

We came up for our daughter’s graduation from NAU. It was the perfect location for us, close to downtown and walkable. It was super clean, tidy and cozy. Great for our dog too! Rich was very kind and reached out to check on us to make sure everything was all set. Perfect little get away for sure. Thanks Rich!

Western edge of Downtown Flagstaff - filled with history and charm. Housing options include small pre-war bungalows and larger historic homes dating back to the turn of the century. You’ll often see architecture of brick, rock, and Ponderosa Pine that is native to Flagstaff. The area is very popular for locals. Being right in the thick of music, art, dining, and culture provides nothing short of an abundance of entertainment options. Downtown, you’ll find City Hall and the adjacent Wheeler Park, a popular destination for outdoor picnics, local music festivals, and frequent arts and craft fairs. The City Hall parking lot is also the home of the summer Farmer’s Market, where you’ll find a wide array of homemade goods, produce, and meats from local farms and craftsmen.
Two blocks to Flagstaff Urban Trails & Bikepath system. Thorpe Park is under a mile away. Uber/Lyft are abundant and this home is close to everything.
