KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). The island area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware and more. Dining table has seating for 6 people. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill (at no extra cost to you) and outdoor seating. FREE heated Pool for your enjoyment with tanning chairs and a fire place. We do provide large beach towels. PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway are 5. Absolutely, no parking on the grass. A fine of $100 per occurrence will be applied if cars are found on the grass. POOL: Our FREE heated pool is meant for your enjoyment! Will be at 85 degrees Fahrenheit. All children 14 and under must be supervised while in the pool. A waiver will have to be signed prior to check in. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib (upon request only), beach towels, free high speed WiFi and 5 Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix and Disney Plus. NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the driveway and grass area) and back yard (Outside surveying the entire deck). No surveillance is located inside the home. This is a pet friendly property; a $100 pet fee is required per pet.
