Ideal for six guests, the house features three bedrooms, additional loft sleeping arrangements, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a backyard designed for relaxation and entertainment. Stay at "Indigo Oasis" for a memorable getaway. As you step into "Indigo Oasis," the ground floor welcomes you with a spacious master suite featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, Roku smart TV, and a private full bathroom. This level also houses a half-bath for guests and a fully-equipped kitchen loaded with modern appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. Enjoy meals at the dining table designed for six, ensuring ample space for everyone. Venture upstairs to discover two additional bedrooms — one with a king-sized bed and another with full-sized bunk beds, both furnished with Roku smart TVs. There's also a full bathroom on this level. The loft area is a versatile space equipped with a full trundle bed for extra guests, and a desk providing a convenient workspace. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also situated upstairs for your convenience. Outside, a fully fenced backyard awaits, ready to be your oasis of fun and relaxation. There's a garage equipped with a Tesla charger (available for a fee) for guests traveling with electric vehicles. Enjoy outdoor dining, relax by the fire pit, or cook up a feast on the gas grill.

Very nice stay to work remotely. Home as advertised, very comfortable, loved the backyard, which was fenced for privacy and safety of our dogs.
Great house in a great neighborhood. The house has everything you need across the board including kitchen and bathroom supplies. Master bath is huge with beautiful shower and tub and a walk in closet. Dedicated workspace is great with big desk and office chair - I had dozens of video calls and no issues with internet. Smart TVs, great comfy furniture and beds, laundry, all great. Backyard is a great hangout area and the garage offers extra space. Cornhole boards onsite were a big fun plus! Front porch is also a great spot, especially for morning coffee. We absolutely love this neighborhood - we were with our 2 young kids (7 & 10) and took walks almost every day to park or just randomly around. There are tons of places within a couple miles that we love - Common Dialect, Lees Pizza, Shuffle, Magnanimous, Independent, Spaddys, Segunda... and hit the Zoo! We also had our dog and fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Book it.
It was a wonderful house however we had a couple of issues. Before booking, I would ask if the door jam has been fixed. We had to leave the house unlocked because the smart lock wouldn’t lock because there is a very specific way to hold the door in order for it to lock. We were not told of this until I sent a message to the team. I would also ask if the place has been treated for ants. We had a huge trail leading from the front door, across the living and dining room leading into the kitchen. We had to treat it ourselves. They offered to treat it while we were there but we declined since we had already treated the issue ourselves. Outside of those two issues, we had a lovely stay. The house was clean and very spacious.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Fire pit was amazing, the late evening sprinklers got us lol but it only lasted a few minutes. Dry off the seats and restart the party lol. Great restaurant and brewery near by. And amazing cigar culture only minutes away. If, that’s your thing. Would stay there again

Seminole Heights is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Tampa. Well known by locals for its beautiful 1920's Craftsman Bungalows and its food and beer scene. Seminole Heights eateries and bars attract an eclectic mix from all over Tampa Bay. You will not find a chain restaurant here.
This home is in walking distance of many of the neighborhood's best bars and restaurants. With a central location like this, Uber and Lyft are incredible options for getting around. Fares are generally around $5-7.
