Dina's place is a wonderful corner unit with an amazing view of the ocean. The unit was clean, quiet, and had great natural light. A couple of issues to note. The unit was advertised to sleep 8 and I confirmed with the host that there were 3 beds and a pull out couch. We brought 8 people but two of us ended up staying elsewhere. If our whole group had stayed together, we wouldn't have found out that the couch in the unit was not actually a pull out couch until too late in the night to notify the host, thus the guests would not have had beds to sleep in. Once I brought it up the next day, roll away beds were provided. The unit is well maintained, however there were very few cups, plates, bowls, etc and no cooking items such as salt and pepper. We expected to at least have more tableware if the condo is marketed to sleep 8 people. Nonetheless, Dina was a very responsive host and we still very much enjoyed our stay.

It’s all about the view!!! Absolutely breath taking!!! But the longer you stay the more issues you discover inside. Stained and nasty blankets in between the bed sheets, no fitted sheets, old water faucets and sinks in both bathrooms, towels with stains, older couch in the living room, some dishes were put back in the cabinets with food still stuck on them, the AC broke in the main area overnight and condensation water was all over the floor coming from the ceiling. The hallways aren’t well maintenanced but the apartment view and location were absolutely fabulous!!

Appartement avec une terrasse immense et une vue magnifique. La réception est très correcte, l’espace piscine est très bien. (Rajouter 40$/j), le personnel est très agréable. L’appartement est bien beau mais équipement de cuisine très limité! (6couverts de chaque…) Si vous êtes huit, bien préciser qu’il faut deux couchages supplémentaires L’immeuble est face a l’océan, arrêts Trolley et bus en face, compter 30 minutes pour le centre de Miami Beach.
