A cozy place to stay for the weekend, beach was just nearby plus a nice pool. Nai was very responsive and helpful, mall and restaurants just a few mins away easily accessible by Uber. Overall a great stay for the price.

Perfect size. I enjoyed the swimming pool and I loved how close it was to the beach. Security is also available on site so I felt good about that.

Nai was an excellent host. She responded very quickly and supportively to all inquiries, for example asking about restaurants in the area, asking about transportation and so on. There were no significant power cuts during my stay and the air conditioning worked without any problems. The beach is right on the doorstep, so to speak, and perfect for long walks. The accommodation is very well connected, especially with Uber or Bolt Taxis, and can be reached from the City Center in about 30 minutes. I can recommend Nai as a host and this accommodation without any reservation.

The place is cute and feels brand new. It is safe and the residence is beautiful. There is even a generator, only downfall it is very close to the studio so it is very noisy when it is on. The beach is very close, great for walks but expect rubbish on the beach as many others in Dar. There is a nice restaurant on the main road, about 10mins walk as well as a small supermarket. A cleaner cafe every week to help maintain which we really appreciated. There are not much ustensiles to cook, so we bought a second pot and a vegetable pealer that we left. The bed is very comfortable. The AC works well. Overall it’s great little place.
