Great location close to the airport (within 6 minutes). Host was very responsive and attentive to needs.

Larry's place is an older farmhouse that was very clean and well maintained. The decor was eclectic, colorful and very comfortable-each room adequately air conditioned. Our family was in town for a wedding and it suited our purposes well. We didn't prepare any meals so didn't really use the kitchen. It was a little hard to find but convenient to restaurants, stores and highways. With four bedrooms, it works well if you have a larger group of people and you are OK with a comfortable environment and the basic amenities.

Larry was a great host but, definitely not what I expected. There is no driveway you put into the yard where a broken down van sits, along with the grass not being mowed. Upon arrival we had barely gotten into the house and his son came to the door wanting to come in and get batteries which I felt thrown off by. The counters were dirty, the bathtub with jets “hot tub” so it says on the amenities was filthy, there were hand written instructions for it literally written on the wall with a sharpie. Missing outlet covers, the electric to the tv in one bedroom looked to be old light fixture hung together to make it to the outlet, 2 of the bedrooms had horrible beds, urine left in the toilet downstairs. He is a great host but, definitely needs to fix a lot of things especially the wiring from the tv in the one bedroom to the wall it is a fire hazard.
