The house was lovey and easy to be in. We found Angela’s expectations of cleaning were unreasonable and she became very unfriendly about it unnecessarily. I’ve never had a negative experience with Airbnb but this definitely was. We left the house tidy as instructed and paid extra for the allowed dogs. We stripped all sheets and did all dishes except missing the air fryer which we were sent a rude message about. We left the key under the mat instead of in lock box and another melt down by owners. We wouldn’t stay again as a result of rudeness of owners.

Beautiful comfortable large home. Being upstairs there is a great view of the beach which is an easy walk away. we got off to a rocky start as there was a known fault not disclosed or discounted prior to going. The chimney flu rattled in the breeze, a continual noise. Also the flat under the house had a leak, commercial dryers were being used throughout our entire stay to sort this out. I text the manager to complain about 1. the chimney flu rattle and 2. being woken at 8am by the commercial dryer noise. Was told a plumber had been called before Christmas and they were still to come to fix, manager had chased plumber up following my complaint. We were given a meal voucher at local pub as way of a sorry. Thank you we enjoyed our meal. Text the manager as the HRV was blowing hot air into already hot bedrooms at night and I couldn't find the control panel. Manager advised it was in downstairs flat and she turned it off. We did enjoy our stay, overall.
