A family home situated on 10 acres of land in the rural King Country. A spacious 3 bedroom house, open kitchen lounge space, cozy fireplace with plenty of firewood. Large deck area with outdoor furniture and BBQ, huge gardens for the kids to play including trampoline, swing set, monkey bars and slide. En-suite in master bedroom and walk in wardrobe. Sleep out with private bathroom, double bed and basic office space. Come and feed the chickens, pet the sheep and help yourself to the fruit trees! 10 minutes drive from award winning café Fat Pigeon and Fat Owl Bar & Eatery & various boutique shops. 40 minute drive to Mokau beach, 40 minutes to Waitomo Caves. Local bush walks and beautiful scenery. A safe and peaceful spot for your family to enjoy.

Thank you Lliwen, Gareth and family for sharing your home with us, while we attended a family wedding in Aria. Not only did we feel welcome and relaxed, we were spoilt with fresh eggs and delicious apples from the garden. With chickens, sheep, cows, paddocks to explore and a safe playground in the garden, our grandson was very happy and entertained. Donald was very welcoming and kind, and was happy to involve him in the animal feeding and egg collection. A spectacular misty morning slowly revealed the gorgeous rural views and country living. Thank you once again Lliwen. We loved our stay, and our Escape to the Country. If we head to Aria again, we will for sure be in contact. Paula and family.
Lliwen and Gareth's home was an amazing respite for me and my family. We traveled from the states (Colorado, Ontario Canada and Ohio) for a family wedding in Aria and we couldnt have been happier in their home. Clean as a whistle and the fresh eggs every day were a great touch! Would love to come back and stay here next time we visit family. Also the Fat Pidegeon 10 minutes away is there if you wanted a coffee or fantastic lunch or breakfast but honestly we didn't want to leave that amazing kitchen and back porch.
