The apartment was nice, and was in an excellent location if you are going to Benidorm to enjoy the night life. The apartment was very clean and the check in was smooth. Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed because the listing showed photos and descriptions of lots of amenities, but none of them were open! The outdoor pool was empty, and the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, pool table room etc were all closed!! I think it was unfair that we were never informed that this would be the case because of course we booked this based on the amenities advertised.

Unfortunately I was unable to stay in the property myself due to unforeseen circumstances, however Manuel was very understanding and accommodating and the rest of my party had a wonderful time in this property. The location is apparently excellent and Manuel was waiting for them on their arrival.
