The property is gated and fenced with security cctv cameras for safety and includes two parking spaces on property - 1 car covered parking garage, 2nd car driveway parking inside the property gate. There is an entrance from garage to the living, dining and kitchen area. Kitchen includes refrigerator, hot and cold drinking water dispenser, rice cooker, toaster oven, 4 burner gas stove with oven, cooking wares, utensils and dining wares. 1 guest can sleep on sofa bed in the living area. Bedroom sleeps 4 with 1 double bed and 1 double floor mattress. The bedroom has its own entrance with lounge patio terrace at front of the house. Bathroom includes shower, toilet with bidet, vanity mirror and sink. We provide all guests with 1 towel each. Shampoo, soap and toothpaste are also complimentary upon request. Air conditioning units in all rooms with electric fan option.
