Absolutely perfect! Clean and plenty of space. In a great location walkable to everywhere in town and right next to lift 7 for easy mountain access or super walkable to the gondola. Would absolutely stay again for our next trip to telluride!

If you're a skier, you can't beat the location for this condo. Lift 7 is just outside the back gate, about 50 steps from the door. It's also a great location for after skiing - the restaurants, shops and gondola are all within walking distance (~10-15min).

Excellent location. Lots of places say ski in/ski out but you walk through the building courtyard and you are at the base of chair 7. (approx. than 100yds door to chair) Hot tub overlooks the slope so you can watch people catching their last run while you relax. Converted garage is an excellent storage area for gear and makes a convenient place to put boots and coats on in the morning. Attached baths in the bedrooms were a little cramped but with the 3rd bath on the main floor, no problem. Staying in town with all the restaurant options within walking distance was great. If having a fireplace is a deal breaker for you, keep looking. The cheesy optical unit placed in the old gas log was worth a couple laughs 1 night but doesn't provide the ambience or warmth of the real thing. We will definitely look to rent this place again although this place must be very popular. A woman stopped us as we were leaving 1 morning and said she hasn't been able to get back in for a few years.

The location of this place is right as you get into town. We arrived Christmas Day & thankfully the market was open. We were able to grab some groceries & cook a meal. The kitchen had all the gadgets needed to do that. We were able to relax by the fire & warm up from traveling. The next day we set out to explore. The gondola was about a 10 minute walk & the riverside path was so pretty. Walking is definitely doable to get around downtown. The locals were so kind. We actually can’t wait to go back. The garage was an excellent place to keep all of our snow gear & boards. We are actually excited to go back in the summer & we will definitely go back to ski!!

This was the perfect area to walk around town and ride up the gondola. The views were breathtaking, It was a perfect stay.
