After we checked in we discovered that some of the sheets were very stained and dirty, upon sending a photo to AirKeeper they had replacement sheets sent the next day. When showering upstairs on the first night, the showerhead burst off, hitting my husband in the head and rendering the shower unusable. I contacted AirKeeper about the issue but after their initial response apologising and promising a prompt fix, they failed to contact me again for the remainder of the week. We ended up having to fix the shower ourselves. The top gate was also broken with one hinge missing all screws meaning the deck was unsafe for small children and dogs, again we fixed this ourselves. Overall the property met the description but needs a very thorough deep clean to remove mold and maintenance such as trimming the hedges so guests are able to see the ocean. During our stay, trades were sent to do other work at the property without us being informed or asked.

We really loved the outside deck where we spent most of our time enjoying the gorgeous views, bird life and the occasional kangaroo hop by. The house was like the photos but there were a few things that disappointed us - the queen doona needed replacing (very stained and we had to buy our own) and we couldn’t use the BBQ because it was rusted and needs replacing. We were told that these issues will be rectified., however it did affect our stay.

Views and location are great, easy walk to the beach and you can hear the waves from the house. The stairs to lower level are external, I must have missed that in the ad. Cleanliness was not good. No coffee pods so you need to take your own. Great size backyard

Bad key-picking experience. Terrible customer service. The trash can wasn't cleaned. There is no reason to force guests to provide identification information.
