The first guest bedroom showcases a Queen size bed, television, and an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs guest bedroom features a King size bed, television, ample closet space, and a balcony. The bathroom for this bedroom is located right outside of the bedroom door. The upstairs loft is comfortable and inviting, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or catching up on your favorite book. There is a wonderful convertible hideaway wall-bed that folds out to a full size queen bed. This home can sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. The queen/full size wall-bed can be setup for guests use and is the perfect sleeping accommodation for small kids under 12. As a note, the city does allow 2 additional guests that are 12 and under. As part of the Miralon community, you'll enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails as well as scenic dog parks. Other community amenities include a large lap pool, a resort-style area with a family pool and jacuzzi, bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art gym. *Please note: This is a new development in Palm Springs, and there is ongoing construction in the community. Please book with the expectation of some noise and traffic in other parts of the community.  Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor: This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am, and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
