Start your morning off right with farm fresh eggs, while you enjoy expansive mountain and city views. This second story 2000sq/ft barndominium is the perfect getaway for one to two families. Nestled in the countryside on 5 acres you’ll feel like you are an hour out of the city BUT… you are just minutes from Park Meadows, fine dinning, grocery and 20-30 min to downtown Denver. For an added bonus text the owner and get to meet all the farm animals including chickens, alpaca, sheep and a goat :) Your luxury accommodations consist of the entire second floor. You will enter through our garage/workshop to access your private oasis. The spacious barndominium has 3 bedrooms, living room, and fully stocked gourmet kitchen with 36" gas range and coffee bar. Expansive views of the Rocky Mountains, downtown Denver, and DTC. The owners live in a separate residence on the other side of the property and are available throughout your stay should you need anything.

We had a phenomenal experience at the Bougie Barn. It was everything we needed and more. Beth was an amazing host. The location was perfect for us. Everything is close. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beth and Ryan were gracious and attentive hosts. The location was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for to spend our New Year’s Eve. My kids loved the heated bathroom floors and the views were beautiful. Beth didn’t miss a beat with the extras such as full kitchen, high chair, curling iron, blow dryer, snacks, champagne for NYE, and plenty of towels and blankets. We highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Privacy: check. Remote: check. Peaceful: check. All things I look for when I look for a place to stay and the Bougie Barn has been the only one that wasn’t deceiving! Beth was extraordinarily accommodating, from taking our reservation last minute (Christmas Eve) to putting up a tree for our children to enjoy and patiently wait for Santa to visit. The bougie barn lives up to its name and features heated floors, beautiful rustic decor and amazing views. This was truly a Christmas miracle and I could not be more thankful for Beth and her family’s labor of love!
