The Twin Rock Extended Stay Suites, in Ontario, NY, is conveniently located off NYS Rte 104 for easy access to Rochester & surrounding areas. Perfect for Traveling Health Care Professionals (RGH, Strong, Newark, Unity Hospitals), Traveling Tradesmen (IBEW, etc), Graduate Students (U of R, RIT, etc) & other Traveling Professionals. Rooms are single occupancy with a maximum of 2 guests per room with prior authorization only. 1 week minimum stay. AirBNB Guests must have at least 2 positive reviews for booking to be accepted. This brand-new spacious suite, complete with Kitchenette is in the new Twin Rock Motel Building (Building B) built in 2023. Furnished with a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a padded chair & dinette set with 2 chairs. Towels and linens included. No maid service during stay. Guests responsible for keeping room clean & must launder their own linens if needed during stay. Non-smoking room. No Pets of any kind. -Kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer combo, full size microwave, sink, cabinets, and countertop area (no built in cooktop) -4 cup drip Coffee maker with 2 mugs in each room. -Plates, bowls, glasses, utensils and small knife/cutting board in each room - Air fryer and cooking basics with hotplate packages available upon request. Spent two weeks at Twin Rock while waiting for my apartment to become available, had a great stay. Clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend it.
Nice place
We were quite happy and comfortable and would stay here again. The room was quiet and convenient to both our job site and Rochester - 20 minutes to downtown. Unlike many extended stay hotels, the place was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors, and everything felt up to date. There was no bureau, only a few drawers in the nightstand. But we always travel with a folding table just in case, and we set it up to hold our luggage. There was plenty of hanging space in the closet. A hot plate and pots and pans were available on request, the kitchen was decently stocked, and the refrigerator was adequate for our needs. We were there for a month working in the area, and will be back any time we have a contract in the area.
We needed a place to stay between a house being sold and moving into a new one. Twin Rock provided just what we needed for 6 weeks. We were particularly appreciative of their willingness to be flexible with the use of our own desk furniture because it allowed us to make this an effective work space. Many Thanks...!
