We stayed for two nights with our five year old. There were no issues with GPS locating the villa and check-in was a breeze. Photos accurately reflect the accommodation and it was very clean. Host provided sufficient reminders and good instructions. We will definitely stay here again.
The address provided to us was very difficult to find - brought us to the wrong destination in Apple Maps. Suggest using G0Ogle Maps or updating the address to find the specific Villa located within Cypress Lakes. Unfortunately when we checked in at 3pm, the Villa had not yet been cleaned with beds and bathrooms being visibly used and dirty. Was then told the cleaning would not be completed until after 5pm which didn’t allow us time to shower/change before our night out. It’s a very convenient location for Hunter Valley Wineries but unfortunately our experience was a let down.

We recommend guests travelling to Pokolbin have access to a vehicle for their convenience, however public transport options (including airport transit) are also available.
