Embrace the beautiful Sunshine Coast whilst staying in this sensational two bedroom apartment, situated in the perfect position less than a minutes walk to the foreshore! Kings Beach is popular for its family attractions, restaurants, parks, bars and coffee shops. Enjoy the sparkling swimming pool, take up surfing, go for a picnic, visit the nearby cinema or simply relax and listen to the waves roll in...You will be close to everything and absolutely spoilt for choice! As you enter, you are greeted with a spacious open-plan dining/ living area and glass doors that seamlessly open out to the south-east facing balcony, letting in beautiful breezes and glimpses of the Pacific Ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker! All basic condiments provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt, pepper etc. Two decent sized bedrooms, the main with balcony and Smart TV. A Smart TV is also available in the lounge. All bedding linen and bath towels provided and included in the cleaning fee. Ceiling fan in both bedrooms and lounge. Split system aircon in lounge area for your cooling and heating needs. Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds (spare single mattress available) + Sofa bed (single) in lounge. Portacot and Highchair available. Sparkling inground pool located in the complex available for guest use. You also have use of your own single lockup garage with automatic roller door. There are some low beach chairs, a beanbag beach chair and a picnic blanket available for use, which can be found hanging in the garage. This unit is conveniently located in the centre of it all, with everything you need only a short walk or drive away, as well as easy access to public transport. Enjoy the local markets in Bulcock Street held every Sunday 8am-1pm where you will find beautiful hand crafted and locally made gifts, plants, fresh juices, all types of food & coffee, live music! - 3 minutes stroll to patrolled Kings Beach, Kings Beach Surf Club and Kings Beach Tavern - 4 minute drive to IGA - Short walk to Bulcock Street and local cafes - 15 minute drive to Sunshine Coast University Hospital - 25 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast Airport - 60 minute drive to Brisbane International Airport * Please read the welcome book provided on arrival, which includes all our house rules, appliance instructions, wi-fi details, local attractions and more!

Lovely location close to the beach and local amenities. Quiet and peaceful with that homely feel that made me feel comfortable and relaxed straight away. Michelle is a great host always responsive and helpful. Looking forward to coming back in the future.
