Get what you see from the picture and description. Clear check in instruction, house is clean and neat, responsive host and super convenient location. Everything is good until 3days after we checked out from the place. Ohana requesting us to pay RM800 (Yes, RM800) as cleaning fee because there were lighters and cigarette butts found in the compressor room. We’re so shocked but Ohana has the right to do so as we did not inform her by the time we noticed it. We just ignored and closed the door all the time afterwards. So guys, please inform any damage/loss to the host asap once u found it. We have no proof because we didn’t take picture. And now, airbnb is reviewing our case. Do note that hosts have 14 days (Yes, 14DAYS) after check-out to inform Airbnb and the guest about any issues Based on this rule, we shouldn’t be the only suspect but all the guests who check-in in the last 14days. Oh ya Ohana, why the pictures u shown don’t have cigarette boxes? We saw it on the floor too.

Really responsive and friendly host, answered every question so effectively and clearly cares for the people who stay there! I was here for a month and upon returning to KL will definetly be staying here again… great apartment, great amenities and the mall underneath means you have everything within a 2 minute walk… I have no complaints, really recommend :)
