Ali came and picked us up. We arrived at the airbnb to find out the last guests were still in there packing up. It was frustrating, though we understood it wasn't Ali's fault. It was my fault that I didn't read the listing properly. The room we booked was one of three in the property. It is a nice location close to the beach, but I feel like there is no privacy at all, and it is a must for us as we have a little baby. This place suits a single, friends or couples but I don't think it is for families, at least not for little babies. While we were waiting for the people to check out, I had a chat with Ali and told him my concerns and that I would like to cancel my reservation. Ali was extremely understanding and helpful. We had to look for another place to stay immediately. He went beyond and above to help us look for a new place. Eventually, we decided on an apartment nearby. Ali helped us move our luggage & settle in. Ali is a friendly, respectful & kind person. Thank you Ali!

initial hard to find as address wrong on Airbnb being a new listing, an easy mistake. Ali was very helpful with arranging a scooter .
