The host cancelled the reservation the day i was due to check in but i only found this out when i wen to contact the host for check in details. Then, when speaking to Sykes Holiday Cottage's, they washed their hands of all responsibility, claiming that Airbnb should have informed us. I would not book a place through Sykes Holiday Cottage's again.
